1-2-1 Sessions
Personal 1-2-1 sessions
Mindfulness coaching can be a safe space for us to explore anything that you would like to discuss. This could be to manage stress or anxiety differently, to progress through an area in life in which you may feel stuck or to break unhelpful behaviour or thinking patterns. These sessions can be on an individual or family basis.
All sessions will be facilitated by Susie Hooper. Susie can offer a listening space, without judgement, and have a range of mindfulness techniques that can help people manage their difficulties in a different way. Mindfulness can cover a wide range of areas – how to cope with difficult emotion, how to get less caught up in our busy minds, how to be less self-critical and kinder to ourselves. It offers the ability to pause and be present. We can also focus on how to build up – or lean into – our good experiences, nourishing our happiness and tuning into gratitude.
Another way to work with Susie on a one-to-one basis is through Yoga Nidra Dyads. Yoga Nidra is a form of deep relaxation, often called “yogic sleep”, where the hypnagogic state of being between awake and asleep is accessed. In this state deep healing can take place. This may be an option for you if there is something specific that you are working through or working towards. These sessions are not suitable for anyone who has experienced psychosis or disassociation or for those who are experiencing unprocessed trauma.
