Pause & Breathe CIC is a social enterprise providing retreats in Scotland. We run multiple retreats in Scotland every year. Our favourite place to go is the Isle of Mull - and we head there for retreats several times a year. We also hold weekend retreats in various locations. Our retreats are made up of different components, including Mindfulness, Qi Gong, Yoga Nidra - and depending on who we are collaborating with, there may be yoga, creative activities, sound baths and more. On the Isle of Mull we always have some day trips, including time spent on the Isle of Iona.

Our retreat in September 2024 helps us to lean into the experience of "awe". As children, we regularly feel awe as we explore the world around us, with excitement and joy. As adults, we can start to feel jaded, we don't leave time in our lives for new experiences and things can start to feel stale and boring.

Reconnect Retreat - Eden Leisure Village, Cumbernauld
Our 2019 retreat at Eden Leisure Village was such a success, we’re heading back to do it all over again! The glamping village is accessible but peaceful and set in beautiful countryside near Cumbernauld. The weekend is focused around the theme "Reconnect" with a variety of facilitators leading practices, including Mindfulness and Qi Gong. Optional extras include Reiki.
Isle of Mull Retreat: Mindfulness & Qi Gong
Join us for a variety of Mindfulness and Qi Gong practices during our Isle of Mull Retreat. Every day will be different, but all will contain at least two practice sessions, and often more. As well as taking the time to sink into practice, there’ll be plenty of time for exploration on the island, and beyond.
