The Place to Pause & Breathe
18 High Street, Bonnybridge, FK4 1DA
Welcome to the Place to Pause & Breathe. Our centre is tailored for mindfulness and wellness classes, creating a serene sanctuary where self-care take centre stage. Step into a space designed to nurture both body and soul, and let your journey to wellness begin.
We are delighted to have moved onto the High Street, now finding ourselves within Bonnybridge’s community. We are lucky enough to have both a bus-stop and disabled parking space right outside, meaning that our accessibility has really increased.
Our aim is for our space to be as welcoming as possible, so we have a comfortable reception area - with a kettle, there’s always teas, coffees and biscuits available. Our main space is large and light - it can be used for lots of different activities. There’s a kitchen, we currently have one toilet available and another one is coming soon!
We have lots of equipment on site which can be used during classes - yoga mats, bolsters, blocks, yoga straps, meditation cushions - and more. There are 18 chairs available for seated classes.
Our space is available for hire:
Room Hire Costs:
Daytime (up until 4pm) - £20 per hour
Evening and weekends - £25 per hour
We can offer reductions for hire for full days / weekends, and also for charities and third sector organisations.
Please note that hospitality can be included in the hire, price will be set after discussion. If you opt not to have hospitality, there is access to a kettle and two urns, mugs and cutlery.
Have a look round our centre - video taken by Susie just after opening - we haven’t even got our signs up!
