Qi-Gong Membership
Qi Gong is a holistic practice that has a profound impact on both the body and mind. Every movement has a beneficial effect on the whole energetic system, allowing energy (qi) to flow freely. And the great thing is that Qi Gong can be practiced by anyone, including those with mobility difficulties. Each posture can be adapted, and it is possible to practice while sitting on a chair.
Our Qi Gong sessions are usually taken by Phil.
Included in our Qi Gong membership:
Weekly session: Mondays 7-8pm
Recordings are available for 7 days
Membership is £20 per month
Mindfulness and Rest
Our Mindfulness and Rest Membership is designed to help you feel more balanced, centred, and calm. Regular mindfulness and rest practices can help you to manage stress and anxiety, improve your sleep quality, and enhance your overall well-being.
Our Mindfulness and Rest sessions are usually taken by Susie.
Included in our Mindfulness and Rest Membership:
Weekly Morning Mindfulness sessions: Fridays 7.30-8am - recordings are available for 7 days
An additional weekly recorded meditation is provided
Monthly Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation meditation) - on a Wednesday 8.30-9.15pm - recordings are available for 30 days
