Join our expert-guided Pilates class, led by Rachel, a certified Rehabilitation Practitioner, to experience a mindful approach to movement designed to support all levels. In this class, you’ll learn Pilates fundamentals with a focus on posture, core strength, and functional movement patterns to prevent injuries and enhance mobility.

Perfect for those new to Pilates or looking to deepen their practice, our clinical-led approach ensures personalised attention, modifications for all abilities, and a safe, supportive environment. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, building foundational strength, or simply aiming to improve your fitness, this class empowers you to move better, feel stronger, and live pain-free.

These sessions take place in The Place to Pause & Breathe in Bonnybridge on Sundays from 9.30-10.30am. Paying for a block gives you one session half price. Meet Your Facilitator:

Rachel is a sports rehabilitation practitioner, Pilates and fitness instructor, and sports scientist with a passion for empowering people through movement.

With a mind-body approach, she focuses on helping clients find balance, strength, and well-being in every stage of life. As a mum of three boys, she understands the challenge of making time for self-care, especially during life transitions. She has a special interest in menopause and the powerful role of physical activity in managing symptoms and enhancing well-being—a topic she explored extensively recently whilst completing her Masters in Sports and Exercise Science with Medicine. She's here to support you on your journey to a healthier, more resilient self.
