An invitation to put the busyness of Christmas and New Year behind and come together to engage in a variety of mindfulness practices.
The day will be in silence giving an opportunity to settle into peace and stillness. A chance to reset and reflect on the road ahead for the coming year. This day would be suitable for anyone with a regular mindfulness practice as well as anyone wishing to establish one.
Adopting a Mindfulness approach to life has many benefits, including reduced stress and anxiety, making a positive difference to day-to-day life.
The day will be facilitated by Anne Marie Gillies with support from fellow teachers Charlie McMillan and James Henderson. As well as mindful practices, there will be some readings and poetry shared.
The day will take place on Sunday 12th January from 11am-4pm in The Place to Pause & Breathe, Bonnybridge. It's £50 to come along, with concessionary and reduced rates available. Please pick the price that best reflects your circumstances. Click here to book in.
For further information please contact Anne Marie at: annemariegillies@yahoo.co.uk
There are yoga mats cushions and blankets at the centre, but you may wish to bring your own. Bring your own lunch and a little extra to share. Tea and coffee will be provided.
