Classes to strengthen your body and calm your mind.
Vinyasa flow is an empowering, dynamic style of yoga, it's a series of yoga postures put together into a flow sequence, so instead of holding a pose for a long time and then moving onto another one, we flow between the postures, linking them to our breath, almost like a dance.
The classes are open to all levels, as Audrey will give modifications and props for beginners and offer more challenging versions for experienced yogis.
However, the classes aren't all about how the pose looks, they are about how they make you feel. We will all stumble, lose our focus and balance (in yoga and life) ... yoga is about learning to steady yourself with intention and grace. Our intention is that you leave the classes feeling lighter, stronger, calmer and happier, and over time develop inner and outer strength, confidence and mindfulness on and off the mat.
Suitable for all levels, the classes are informal and fun, and designed to have you leave feeling empowered and present. It's a Vinyasa flow with heart and meaning woven in.
What to bring - blocks for adjustments, anything that makes you feel cosy and comfy in Savasana, a blanket, cosy socks.
You can book in for the 6-week block, or attend classes on a drop-in basis. This is the link for the full block. These classes will be run by Yoga with Audrey.
The block starts on Wednesday 8th January at 7.30-8.30pm. There will be six weeks in this block, booking for the block means that one session is half price.

Meet Your Facilitator:
Audrey will be your facilitator for these sessions. Audrey is a Mum (Teenage boy, a German Shepherd and a Ginger cat) Wife, Events Manager, and Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga Teacher. She teaches yoga because it's helped her through tough times, and she wanted to share the empowering and calming beauty of CSV yoga with you, to help you find strength on and off the mat.
