When we walk together mindfully, we wall to enjoy the process of walking - not to arrive at a destination. We walk a little more slowly than usual, and in silence, so that we can be completely present on the walk - to take in all that the natural world has to offer.
We'll meet outside Callendar House and walk slowly and mindfully, led by Susie. Dogs and children welcome.
We take the same route every time, so that we can witness the changing seasons. These walks take place every season - four times a year.
