This retreat is all about resting. Taking time to do nothing at all. During the retreat we'll have the opportunity to discover the seven different types of rest, and to put some - if not all - into practice.
This is the chance to lie down and not do much of anything. To give our bodies the chance to recuperate, to show ourselves some care and attention. To nourish ourselves.
Our sessions will be: mindfulness meditation, yoga nidra, workshops and a listening circle. We will have the chance to walk in the local area. And plenty of time to do nothing - to journal, to rest, to be.
The retreat starts on Friday 8th November at 4pm, and runs until Sunday 10th November at 4pm. Meals and teaching sessions are included in the price.
The cost of the retreat is £395 per person, this will be for a space in a shared room. I do have one reduced rate space, for anyone who would be able to help with the catering for the weekend.
