Friday Morning Wellbeing Sessions

We have previously obtained funding to run FREE dessions on Friday mornings. This has been a mix of different activities, all designed to help improve wellbeing - physically, mentally, emotionally - or sometimes all three!

Although our funding ran out at the end of October, some of our community members are volunteering their time to continue to hold sessions. These are now donation-based, as we don’t have funding to cover our costs. See below for what’s coming up.

January Sessions

    Memory Books

    Learn to create memory books - to preserve your precious memories in a fun way. Held over 2 sessions - with Caroline

  • 10th January

    Zentangling

    Mindful doodling - a fun way to creative beautiful images - with Clare. Please note this is in the afternoon

  • 17th January

    Watercolours

    In the session you will learn how to paint simple flowers and leaves, putting them into a garland - with Stella.

    Indian Head Massage

    This session will demonstrate how to carry out a short relaxing Indian Head Massage - with Christine
