This retreat is all about finding our stillness through resting. We lean into the seven different types of rest, getting a chance to put these into practice during the time that we’re together.
This weekend gives us a chance to lie down and not do very much of anything. To give our bodies the chance to recuperate, to show ourselves some care and attention. To nourish ourselves.
Throughout our time together we will share different practices: mindful meditations, gentle movement, Yoga Nidra and space to be creative, to journal and to find our inner stillness. It’s in the stillness and the silence that the magic happens.
The retreat starts on Friday 7th November at 4pm, and runs until Sunday 9th November at 4pm. Meals and teaching sessions are included in the price.
The cost of the retreat is £395 per person, this will be for a space in a shared room. I do have one reduced rate space, please get in contact if you could benefit from this.
