Our FREE Wellbeing session this week is "A Mindful Approach to Resilience" with Susie Hooper from Pause & Breathe.
In this workshop we explore what resilience is, and the factors that can affect this. We will discuss how we can build up our resources to be more resilient in the future. Susie introduces some suggestions, and some mindfulness practices that can help.
Our Free Wellbeing Sessions are held every Friday morning in The Place to Pause and Breathe, Bonnybridge. These have been funded via Falkirk Communities Mental Health and Wellbeing Fund. These sessions are held on an ongoing basis by Pause & Breathe, and we are delighted to welcome a range of guest facilitators throughout the year. You can come to all of them, or drop in and out. Please do book though, so we know how many people to expect.
The sessions will be held in The Place to Pause & Breathe, on Fridays, from 10am-11am. After the session there is the option to stay until 11.30am for refreshments. Click here to book in.
