An Introduction to EFT (Tapping)

  • The Place to Pause & Breathe 83 Broomhill Road Bonnybridge, Scotland, FK4 2AT United Kingdom (map)

We have gained funding from the Safe Deposits Scotland Community Fund to hold a series of FREE Wellbeing Sessions on Friday mornings.

Our Friday Morning Wellbeing session this week will be "An Introduction to EFT (Tapping)", held by Phil from Pause & Breathe.

EFT - Emotiinal Freedom Therapy - is one of the most simplest forms of moving emotional energy around the body. We use the fingers to gently tap the body on acupuncture points, due to this, it is commonly known as tapping.

EFT is recognised worldwide as one of the most effective methods to relieve anxiety and stress within the body. It can also be used for release of pain and many other issues. In this session you will be taught techniques that you can take away and practice at home.

No need to bring anything with you for this session.

This session is being held on Friday 5th July from 10-11.30am. The session will be an hour, followed by the chance to stay for a cuppa, biscuit and a chat. Click here to book in.
