Although our funding for our FREE Friday morning sessions has now come to an end, we will continue to hold a session every Friday morning, and we hope that donations will be made to help pay for these.
Our Friday Morning Wellbeing session this week will be a Mindful Walk, guided by Susie. Book, here.
We will walk round part of Canada Woods, a lovely circular route. Mindful Walks take place in silence, and we walk more slowly than usual to really be present while we walk. If you're able to get there yourself, we'll meet outside the cafe.
There is the opportunity to come together in the cafe afterwards - so please book in, so I know how many people to book the table for for. Let me know if you need a lift - we can easily arrange lifts from the Place to Pause & Breathe.
Please bring some cash for a donation. There's no set amount, and if you cannot afford to donate anything at all you're still very welcome to join us.

Susie worked as a Social Worker within Criminal Justice for 20 years, and is passionate about helping people to make difficult changes. Since the beginning of 2017, Susie has been delivering mindfulness within her local community in Falkirk. She co-founded Pause & Breathe CIC with her husband, Phil Blackburn and is delighted to have opened The Place to Pause & Breathe - to bring people together in community.
