Our Friday Morning Wellbeing session this week will be a "Sound Bath", held by Morag from Sound Balance Scotland.
Come and join Morag of Sound Balance Scotland for an hour of deep relaxation with her magical sound healing instruments including Tibetan and crystal bowls, gongs, drums, wind chimes, native american flutes and other instruments designed to entrain your brainwaves into a relaxed state.
Not suitable for anyone with Sound Induced Epilepsy, first trimester of pregnancy, unmanaged Bipolar disorder or psychosis. A sound bath should not be undertaken under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs. If you have any health conditions please let us know in advance so that Morag can adapt her playing to suit your needs.
Bring a yoga mat, cushion and blanket if you can. It's also possible to sit on a chair for this if lying on the floor isn't available to you.
This session is being held on Friday 21st June from 10-11.30am. The session will be an hour, followed by the chance to stay for a cuppa, biscuit and a chat. Click here to book in.
