Step on Stress - Session 2

We have a free 3-week Course run by the NHS: "Step on Stress". You can attend all three sessions, or just come to the ones that you can.

Learn to manage your stress. This consists of 3 talks on stress, each is around an hour long - then there's the opportunity to stay for a cuppa and a chat afterwards. They are open to anyone who is 16+ and are free. Booklets are given out at each session.

This is for anyone who wants to learn better ways to deal with common problems like anxiety, low self-confidence, poor sleep and panic.

These sessions are being held on Fridays 21st & 28th February and 14th March from 10-11.30am. The session will be an hour, followed by the chance to stay for a cuppa, biscuit and a chat. Ideally you'd come to all three, but we recognise that's not always possible. Please click on all of the dates you can attend, so we know who to expect.

Although these sessions are free, donations towards the cost of having the building open and for refreshments are welcomed as we do not have funding to run these sessions. Click here to book in.

Meet your facilitator:

Margaret-Anne has been focusing on mental health since working for a charity, where she started as a volunteer. From there, she moved to NHS Forth Valley Health Improvement Service, now part of the Falkirk Health and Social Care Partnership.
