Join us for a 28 day Rest Challenge.
See if you can incorporate rest into your life on a daily basis, and see what difference this makes. Perhaps your energy levels improve, perhaps you are able to make some changes to your lifestyle, perhaps your physical health improves - who knows what the benefits will be - do you fancy joining us to find out?
We'll be starting our journey together on Monday 3rd February 8.15-9.30pm, meeting weekly for 5 weeks. The live sessions will be recorded, so if you cannot make it live you will be able to catch up.
The 28 days are broken down into 4 stages:
Reset - giving the body a chance to reset
Nourish - bringing in some self-care
Growth - starting to make changes from a rested place
Wisdom - when we feel more rested, we can listen to our inner wisdom.
You will be supplied with a Yoga Nidra for each of the stages, plus a shorter rest practice. The aim is to practice Yoga Nidra every day, although on some days you may only have time for the shorter version. The idea is to bring more rest into your life. There will also be a "rest prescription" for each week - ideas to make rest more accessible. You will have access to the Yoga Nidra and rest Practice recordings in the longer-term.
In the live sessions we'll be reviewing the previous week, including exploring any insights. We'll discuss the theme for the week ahead, and end with the rest practice for the forthcoming week.
Of course, you may not be able to make all of the live sessions, and over the 28 days there may be occasional days when you don't practice Yoga Nidra. Remember that this is OK - just get back on it the next day. Our commitment is to the intention to practice regularly, to witness the potential benefits.
The 28 day rest group costs £75 to join. We have some reduced rates spaces (£40). Please pick the rate that best suits your current financial circumstances. Click here to book in.
