Anti-Valentine's Full Moon Rest Circle - Bonnybridge

  • The Place to Pause & Breathe 18 High Street Bonnybridge, FK4 1DA United Kingdom (map)

Why celebrate St Valentine's Day? A Roman festival that used to include sacrificing goats and dogs and whipping women with the hides of the animals. Hardly the Romantic Day it's made out to be!

Valentine's Day can have the effect of making us feel less-than. And looking for external validation. Let's turn this on its head this year.

This Full Moon circle is all about self-love, and celebrating the snow moon - a time to let go of what no longer serves us, and to reach for our dreams. We'll start with some practices to help us celebrate self-love, before leaning into a Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation meditation), themed around the Snow Moon.

Do something different this Valentine's Day - come together in circle, and let's celebrate each other.

This Rest Circle will be held on Friday 14th February 7-8.30pm. It's £15 to come along, with a reduced rate for anyone who would struggle to pay the full amount. Just pick the rate that best fits your financial circumstances. Click here to book in.
