Dru Yoga for the Immune System - Bonnybridge

In this session the intention is to use Dru Yoga’s gentle yet powerful postures and sequences to work with the the lymphatic system . This is a series of vessels and nodes that collect and filter excess tissue fluid (lymph), before returning it to the venous circulation. It forms a vital part of the body's immune defence.

Margaret has impaired lymph and is especially keen to pass on her knowledge through yoga.

Please bring:

• Water

• Yoga Mat

• Blanket

• Cushion

There will be some spares available.

Meet Your Facilitator:

In 2016 Margaret qualified with Dru Yoga Scotland. She has experienced many schools of yoga, but Dru has been her mainstay since 2010. Margaret’s approach is down to earth, relaxed and encouraging.
