Journey into Sleep Yoga Nidra - on Zoom

This Yoga Nidra uses the visualisation of a night sky to get you into the space where sleep becomes more possible.

This is a deep relaxation practice - we'll have a quick chat before we start, then the invitation is to turn your camera off, lie down and get cosy. Many people fall asleep during the session, or doze a little - this is OK. We don't come back together at the end, so you can stay relaxing where you are if you'd like to.

This session is being held by Susie. It's £7 to attend, or it's possible to make a donation if this is unaffordable. This session is free for those who subscribe to our online monthly membership.
