Healing Flow Yoga for Relaxation - Taster - Bonnybridge

Are you feeling "very busy" "too much to do" "not enough hours in the day!" We invite you to to come along and take sometime out for yourself. To slow down to feel less stressed and more centred. You will learn breathing techniques, to help soften a busy mind. Move, stretch and open your body through gentle stretches and poses to help your energy flow more freely within.

If you would like to come along, wear something comfortable to move around in. Bring your water bottle, mat and a blanket to get cosy in relaxation at the end. 

Kerrie Kallus from Healing Flow Yoga will be your instructor for this class.

This is a free taster session. Regular classes will be starting the following week.

Meet Your facilitator:

Kerrie has many years lived experience around neurodiversity, healing stress and illness with her body and mind. Kerrie has a passion to share what she has learned on her journey through yoga. Kerrie has volunteered with fdamh, completing mindfulness and suicide awareness courses. For now Kerrie continues on her journey learning and sharing more on how to bring inner peace, balance and love to all.
