Inner Warrior - Afternoon Retreat with Hot and Cold Therapy

  • Viking Heat Retreat Balmalcolm Den Cupar, Scotland, KY15 7TJ United Kingdom (map)

Come and discover your Inner Warrior at this afternoon retreat, featuring hot and cold therapy - and more.

On arrival we'll share a relaxation practice, designed to help you welcome in the experience of hot and cold. We'll have some movement and breathwork, before venturing into the sauna and cold plunge pools.

Hot drinks and home-made snacks will be provided.

Susie & Phil will be your facilitators for the afternoon.

Our Afternoon Retreat will be held on Saturday 29th March from 1-5pm. We will have a break during this time. The cost is £49. If this puts attending out of reach, get in touch - we do have one subsidised space: susie@pauseandbreathe.co.uk

Our venue is Viking Heat Retreat in Balmalcolm, Cupar, Fife (on the site of the old "Muddy Boots" - if anyone remembers that?).
