Pilates is a low impact fitness class that focuses on controlled, strength based exercises. Pilates places special emphasis on core strength but provides an overall body workout which tones your muscles. Benefits include; improved flexibility, balance and posture.

This is a 4-Week Block. Signing up for the block gives you one week free (£30 for the block, instead of £40). It’s also possible to drop-in (£10 per session). Dianne has been teaching Pilates for 20 years and works with all fitness abilities she can tailor the class so everyone can get involved, she believes movement is key to better health and wellbeing, Pilates is for everyone!
