Our Christmas rag Wreath workshop went down so well, we're holding one for Spring!
All you will need to provide is your material. You could use an old sheet or duvet cover, old clothes or curtains or you may want to splash out and buy some material in Spring colours. We have used fat quarters when we've made them in the past. You need approx 6 fat quarters for a wreath (NOTE: Hobbycraft fat quarters come in packs of 4. The Range comes in packs of 5). The size of a fat quarter is usually about 19 inches x 22 inches so you need 6 times that!
Once you've picked your material, then you cut it into strips measuring approx 6inches x 1inch. These do not have to be precise (after all its a RAG wreath - frayed edges do work). Sort your fabric out into piles............ you're good to go.
The session will cost £8 - we're keeping costs low as volunteers are running the session, and we're just covering our basic costs.
This session will be held on Saturday 12th April 1-4pm by Caroline and Louise - volunteers, who will guide you through making the wreath. Click here to book in.

Caroline says: "It's great what you learn whilst putting the world to rights over a cuppa and cake. Since lockdown we've talked about starting the craft cafe up again, I believe there's still lots of people who are finding it scary to go out and socialise. I'm looking forward to meeting new people and seeing different crafts."
Caroline & Louise have been members of the Pause & Breathe community for the last few years. They are both keen crafters, and met at a crafting cafe pre-lockdown, which has since closed.
