If you have been touched by suicide, join us for a morning on suicide prevention awareness day to come together and share experiences. Whether you have been impacted by the loss of someone who died by suicide, or whether there have been times that you have felt suicidal - or attempted to end your own life, this event is for you.
Over the course of the morning, we will enable participants to share their experiences if they would like to, we'll have some breathwork and movement designed to help process grief. There will be a creative activity building on hope.
Refreshments will be provided during the morning, and we'll end with a light lunch - so please let us know if you have any dietary requirements.
Please note that this event is only suitable for adults. Numbers will be limited to 12. The morning will be held by Susie from Pause & Breathe and Lisa from The Yoga Social. Both are experienced practitioners, who are able to hold space sensitively - enabling all emotions to be present.
This session is being held on Tuesday 10th September 10am-1pm. This session is free, but spaces are limited, so please only book if you can attend. Click here to book in.
