‘Yoga 4 All’ sessions are accessible to everyone whatever their abilities.
Each session incorporates safe, gentle stretches to strengthen the body to keep it balanced and flexible, simple breathing techniques to soothe the emotions and short meditation exercises to calm the mind. Adaptations are suggested to enable all to participate at their own level of ability.
These are community classes, we are subsidising the rate to ensure access to all.
This is a 5-week block, which takes place in The Place to Pause & Breathe in Bonnybridge starting on Tuesday 21st January 2-3.15pm. The block is £20 to join, or drop-in session are £5 per class. Click here to book in for the block.
