We have gained funding from the Safe Deposits Scotland Community Fund to hold a series of FREE Wellbeing Sessions on Friday mornings.
Our Friday Morning Wellbeing session this week will be "Chanting, held by Lindsey from Yoganuu.
All voices welcome for a session of exploring yogic chanting with Lindsey of @yoganuu. A teacher with 20 years experience of practicing yoga and a Yoga Tutor since 2018, Lindsey often bringing in chants in sanskrit into her sessions.
This is a rare opportunity to take an exploration into feeling the vibration of the sacred sounds and tunes yourself. Lindsey will lead us gradually into the session and will include some instruments to accompany us.
All welcome! The session will end with a guided relaxation practice.
This session is being held on Friday 6th September from 10-11.30am. The session will be an hour, followed by the chance to stay for a cuppa, biscuit and a chat. Click here to book in.

Meet your facilitator:
Lindsey has been teaching yoga since 2006 after studying Yoga in India and supporting others on their journey to teaching yoga as a Tutor on the Yoga Scotland Foundation course since 2018. She is a qualified and experienced NLP Practitioner, Reiki Master and Holistic therapist. Based in Falkirk where she lives with her family, she is a SEN parent.
