Connect, Reflect & Movement Medicine

  • The Place to Pause & Breathe 18 High Street Bonnybridge, Scotland, FK4 1DA United Kingdom (map)

Our Friday Morning Wellbeing session this week will be "Connect, Reflect & Movement Medicine", held by Bronwyn from One Sweet Life.

A session with Bronwyn involves arriving, settling and sharing our names in circle. Then we relax and slowly start moving. Movements include classic simple NIA choreography then we release into joyful movement to music we all know and love. We finish with relaxation and sharing in circle.

Dance to your own beat with wireless headphones provided for each participant. Bron creates a non-judgmental, easy-going atmosphere where everyone feels welcome to dance like it's the most normal thing ever!

In this laid-back space, you'll be encouraged to let go and rediscover parts of yourself you thought were buried and forgotten. Prepare to be transformed as you dance and unwind.

This session is being held on Friday 20th September from 10-11.30am. The session will be an hour, followed by the chance to stay for a cuppa, biscuit and a chat. Click here to book in.
