We have gained funding from the Safe Deposits Scotland Community Fund to hold a series of FREE Wellbeing Sessions on Friday mornings.
Our Friday Morning Wellbeing session for two weeks will be "Drawing Meditation: Feathers and Ferns ", held by Tracy from Albatross Arts CIC.
Join Albatross Arts for an hour of relaxing drawing that takes inspiration from birds and plants you might find in local green spaces. Ring fence some time for yourself, try something new or rekindle a love of drawing in a friendly and supportive, small group environment
No prior drawing experience required and workshops can be taken separately or as a 2 week set. You’ll be supported to get great results using simple techniques in this artist lead workshop. Caution: drawing is highly addictive & extremely relaxing!
These sessions are being held on Fridays 4th and 11th October from 10-11.30am. The sessions will be an hour, followed by the chance to stay for a cuppa, biscuit and a chat. Please note that this session will be held in our new premises on the High Street. Click here to book in.
