Enjoy warm-hearted yoga based practices with Lindsey of Yoga-Nu-U including gentle Hatha yoga mat based movement, hand mudras and a guided relaxation.
Things to bring: yoga mat if you prefer to use your own, blanket for relaxation and some water.

Meet your facilitator:
Lindsey has been teaching yoga since 2006 after studying Yoga in India and supporting others on their journey to teaching yoga as a Tutor on the Yoga Scotland Foundation course since 2018. She is a qualified and experienced NLP Practitioner, Reiki Master and Holistic therapist. Based in Falkirk where she lives with her family, she is a SEN parent.
