We have gained funding from the Safe Deposits Scotland Community Fund to hold a series of FREE Wellbeing Sessions on Friday mornings.
Our Friday Morning Wellbeing session this week will be a "Kimchi Community Cafe", held by community member Kirsti.
Ever wanted to know how to make Kimchi and picked pink onions? Come along and participate in a community style class to learn about the benefits of fermented food on the mind and body and take home some kimchi and pink pickled onions to try.
This session is being held on Friday 26th July from 10-11.30am. The session will be an hour, followed by the chance to stay for a cuppa, biscuit and a chat. Click here to book in.
