We have gained funding from the Safe Deposits Scotland Community Fund to hold a series of FREE Wellbeing Sessions on Friday mornings.
Our Friday Morning Wellbeing session this week will be "Myofascial Release", held by Lindsey from Yoganuu.
Join this accessible and inclusive Myofascial Release based yoga session - focusing into the isolation and connectivity with our muscles in the body.
Lindsey of @yoganuu is bringing us a session of Myofascial Release yoga techniques. These can be accessed from the chair, floor and wall and variations will be offered through out. Come and find out how it can benefit you!
Lindsey is a yoga teacher with 20 years experience of practicing yoga and a Yoga Tutor since 2018. The session will end with a guided relaxation practice.
This session is being held on Friday 2nd August from 10-11.30am. The session will be an hour, followed by the chance to stay for a cuppa, biscuit and a chat. Click here to book in.

Lindsey has been teaching yoga since 2006 after studying Yoga in India and supporting others on their journey to teaching yoga as a Tutor on the Yoga Scotland Foundation course since 2018. She is a qualified and experienced NLP Practitioner, Reiki Master and Holistic therapist. Based in Falkirk where she lives with her family, she is a SEN parent.
