Our FREE Wellbeing session this week is "Moving Mindfully into Menopause" with Jen Douglas from Tranquility21.
Did you know that Perimenopause is linked to the transition between Summer and Autumn? Most women will experience menopausal symptoms, some of which can be quite severe and impact their every day lives. Menopause is a personal journey, but one that becomes easier when taken with others.
During this Menopause wellbeing session we will: Share our experiences of Menopause (only if you wish); enjoy a short yoga practice and breathing techniques specifically chosen which may relieve some the symptoms of of menopause; end with a relaxing guided meditation. Leaving you feeling nourished, nurtured and empowered as you journey towards your Second Spring.
Our Free Wellbeing Sessions are held every Friday morning in The Place to Pause and Breathe, Bonnybridge. These have been funded via Falkirk's Community Mental Health and Wellbeing Fund. These sessions are held on an ongoing basis by Pause & Breathe, and we are delighted to welcome a range of guest facilitators throughout the year. You can come to all of them, or drop in and out. Please do book though, so we know how many people to expect.
The sessions will be held in The Place to Pause & Breathe, on Fridays, from 10am-11am. After the session there is the option to stay until 11.30am for refreshments. Click here to book in.
