Emerging from Winter Yoga Nidra - on Zoom

This Yoga Nidra is all about moving from Winter into Spring. We have now passed Imbolc, the halfway point between Winter Solstice and Spring Equinox. This is seen as the mid-way point between the chill and the thaw – so as we edge towards Spring, we maybe start to anticipate what this season has to offer us. The word “Imbolc” translates as “the belly of the mother” – as the seeds of Spring are beginning to stir in the belly of Mother Earth.

In the yoga nidra, I’m bringing in the sense of awakening – as if from hibernation. Moving away from the darkness, and into the light.

Yoga Nidra is a deep relaxation meditation, designed to get you to that place between being awake and being asleep - where the magic can happen.

This session is being held by Susie online on Tuesday 25th February 8.30-9.15pm. It's £7 to attend, we have a reduced rate if this is unaffordable. If you would like access to the recording for 30 days after the session, to listen to again as many times as you'd like to, select the £10 option for this. Click here to book in.
