Join us for a Film & Pizza Night.
We'll be watching a documentary: "Overcoming Fear & Stress". Discover why living in a state of constant stress and overwhelm could be suppressing your immune system and altering your physiology. Learn how to control stress, fear, and anxieties in your life with simple daily habits.
The film is about an hour long, the invitation is to stay afterwards for a chat about what we've watched.
This will be held on Thursday 6th March 7.15-9pm. It's £10 to come along, which includes food. Please let me know if you have any dietary requirements. Click here to book in.
