A gentle practice for all levels designed to calm and clear the mind and feel more connected to both body and breath. The classes invite you to move with intention at a comfortable pace, allowing you to connect with the present moment whilst building strength and mobility.
Bring a yoga mat, blocks and straps if you have them. Also bring cosy layers, socks and a scarf or blanket to stay warm savasana, if you wish :)
This 6-week block takes place in The Place for Martial Arts & Wellbeing in Bo'ness on Mondays from 3rd March - 7th April 6.30-7.30pm. The 6-week block is £44 to attend, or book by the session for £8. Click here to book in for the block.

Meet Your Facilitator:
Audrey will be your facilitator for these sessions. Audrey is a Mum (Teenage boy, a German Shepherd and a Ginger cat) Wife, Events Manager, and Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga Teacher. She teaches yoga because it's helped her through tough times, and she wanted to share the empowering and calming beauty of CSV yoga with you, to help you find strength on and off the mat.
