This is a free session to introduce participants to a new Yoga class, which will be running in our Bo'ness venue on Monday nights.
Join us for a mixed level, flow yoga class. In this class you will be moving through a sequence of postures, focusing your awareness on breath and body, calming the mind and balancing the flow of energy within your body leaving you feeling grounded and centered.
Bring a yoga mat, blocks and straps if you have them. We have spares on hand if you don't. Also bring cosy layers, socks and a scarf or blanket to stay warm savasana, if you wish :)
This session takes place in The Place for Martial Arts & Wellbeing in Bo'ness on Monday 6th January 6.30-7.30pm. This will be followed by regular classes at this time. Click here to book your free trial.
Maree from Santosha Wellness will be the instructor for this class.
Meet Your Facilitator:
Maree is a yoga teacher, wellness practitioner and founder of Santosha Wellness. She has been practicing yoga for 10 years and studied and trained in Ashtanga-Vinyasa and Iyengar styles of yoga in Goa, India. Maree brings influences from these into her teaching practice and incorporates traditional yogic techniques such as Pranayama (breath), meditation and yoga philosophy into her classes. Maree is also a massage therapist, Reiki practitioner and wellness coach. She lives in Bo'ness with her Beagle, Millie.
