Pilates is a low impact fitness class that focuses on controlled, strength based exercises. Pilates places special emphasis on core strength but provides an overall body workout which tones your muscles. Benefits include; improved flexibility, balance and posture.
Dianne Inglis will be the instructor for this class.
This is for a block booking of six sessions, starting on Monday 6th January. Sessions run from 11.30am-12.30pm. Booking for the block gives you one session for half price.
