Join us for an afternoon to learn more about Heart Coherence as a practice to relieve stress and anxiety, and improve general wellbeing.
We'll be doing a group practice focusing on HeartMath, Coherence techniques. This involves some gentle mindfulness and heart centred Breathwork practices to help bring balance, a sense calm and focus. There will be an opportunity to see the shift we can make, in real time, using the HeartMath Biofeedback technology which is a lovely, non invasive HRV monitor. This helps reinforce the benefits and allows us a window into how impactful these techniques can be.
We'll have a chance to chat, share, ask questions and enjoy a cuppa.
This session is being held on Thursday 11th July from 1.30-2.30pm, with the opportunity to stay until 3pm for a cuppa and chat afterwards. This session is free, but donations towards hospitality are welcomed. It is being held by Lee-Anne from Trossachs Wellbeing. Click here to book in.

Lee-Anne Breen founded Trossachs Wellbeing with the simple purpose of holding a safe and nurturing space for those who need it. She experienced a challenging and significant period of time facing her own ill health, which gave her a mission to learn ways to heal.
Lee-Anne sees the mind, body, emotions and spirit as one system and this is held at the heart of her work. Having her own lived experience of trauma, she knows that healing begins in safety; safety in our connection with others and feeling safe within our own body.
