When we walk together mindfully, we wall to enjoy the process of walking - not to arrive at a destination. We walk a little more slowly than usual, and in silence, so that we can be completely present on the walk - to take in all that the natural world has to offer.
We'll meet outside Canada Wood Cafe, and walk slowly and mindfully, led by Susie. Dogs and children welcome.

There's an open invitation to go for a cuppa afterwards - if you'd like to join us, let me know as I'll book a table. Please note that there is a charge for the car park unless you purchase something from the cafe, and then it's free.
