In this Yoga Nidra we focus in on the theme of Hygge – which reminds me of the Scottish word coorie. There’s something cosy, snuggly, comforting about this word – that we don’t have a direct translation for. It's perfect for the winter time, when we really get a sense of of getting warm and cosy - hunkering down in a warm place, enjoying being inside.
The invitation for this nidra is to bring a candle to light and we'll have a short candle meditation before we start relaxing together.
Yoga Nidra is a deep relaxation meditation, designed to get you to that place between being awake and being asleep - where the magic can happen.
This session is being held by Susie online on Wednesday 27th November 8.30-9.15pm. It's £7 to attend, we have a reduced rate if this is unaffordable. If you would like access to the recording for 30 days after the session, to listen to again as many times as you'd like to, select the £10 option for this. Click here to book in.
