A slower, fluid like honey vinyasa flow that will give you the space to feel the connection to your breath and listen to your body.
We will be moving to feel good, bringing more awareness to our breath and how each pose feels. This practice will leave you feeling calm and grounded, and hopefully feeling lighter, stronger, and happier, ready for the day ahead!
Audrey from Yoga with Audrey will be the facilitator for this class.

Audrey will be your facilitator for this session. Audrey is a Mum (Teenage boy, a German Shepherd and a Ginger cat) Wife, Events Manager, and Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga Teacher. She teaches yoga because it's helped her through tough times, and she wanted to share the empowering and calming beauty of CSV yoga with you, to help you find strength on and off the mat.
