Yoga Nidra for Gratitude - on Zoom

In this Yoga Nidra, themes of gratitude are woven throughout. We start by being grateful for our breath, our bodies before opening up more widely to all of the things in our lives - whether currently, or in the past - which we truly appreciate.

Being able to really feel gratitude has so many benefits, and when we truly experience it we feel more positive overall. Don't let gratitude be a platitude - it has to be heartfelt to really have any effect.

Yoga Nidra is a deep relaxation meditation, designed to get you to that place between being awake and being asleep - where the magic can happen.

This session is being held by Susie online on Wednesday 30th October 8.45-9.30pm. It's £7 to attend, we have a reduced rate if this is unaffordable. If you would like access to the recording for 30 days after the session, to listen to again as many times as you'd like to, select the £10 option for this. Click here to book in.
