Yoga Nidra: Sheltered from the Rain - on Zoom

This Yoga Nidra is called Sheltered from the Rain – staying stable amongst turmoil. Being able to know when to take shelter, and then staying there - knowing that the rain will pass.

You might use your own sankalpa, or intention in this, if you have one – or I’ll be offering “I step back from the storm” it’s this idea that we can make an active choice to allow turbulence to pass us by – the idea of picking our battles. We’re taking on the persona of rest – not everything needs to be a fight. Not everything is our fight.

Yoga Nidra is a deep relaxation meditation, designed to get you to that place between being awake and being asleep - where the magic can happen.

This session is being held by Susie online on Tuesday 22nd April 8.30-9.15pm. It's £7 to attend, we have a reduced rate if this is unaffordable. If you would like access to the recording for 30 days after the session, to listen to again as many times as you'd like to, select the £10 option for this. Click here to book in.
