Zumba is a high impact cardio dance class that incorporates dance styles from all around the world into one fantastic dance fitness class!
Playlists include Latin, Pop, Musical Theatre with the odd guilty pleasure! Zumba is a fantastic workout that leaves you feeling energised and uplifted.
Dianne Inglis will be the facilitator for this class.

Dianne has been dancing Zumba for 30 years, and teaching it for 16. She works with all fitness abilities she can tailor the class so everyone can get involved, she believes movement is key to better health and wellbeing, Zumba is for everyone!
